Fundraise Up is a modern fundraising platform built to make donating to nonprofits as fast and convenient as possible. The platform supports a wide range of payment methods and is used by leading nonprofit organizations such as UNICEF, the American Heart Association, and the Alzheimer’s Association. The product development team has over 150 members located across multiple countries and primarily communicates in Russian.

• 7+ years of experience in design.
• Ability to generate multiple solutions, justify them, and effectively receive and digest feedback.
• Comfortable with redoing work from scratch as needed.
• Proficiency in English at B2 level.
• Fluent in Russian.
• Adherence to all types of agreements.
• May be required to complete a compensated test assignment before or after the interview.

• Design and document UX scenarios, and create interactive prototypes.
• Build and maintain interfaces for different parts of the product in Figma.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other designers.
• Oversee the quality of implementation during later stages of development.
