Fundraise Up is a global fundraising platform that powers tens of millions of dollars in donations monthly for nonprofits worldwide. The platform serves enterprise nonprofit organizations across North America, the UK, Australia, and Europe, featuring a large and complex product ecosystem including checkout experiences, customizable widgets, donor and partner portals, admin tools, and internal apps. The backend uses Node.js (Koa, NestJS) and MongoDB, with frontend technologies including Webpack, Vue.js, React, and TypeScript. The team consists of 160+ product professionals distributed mainly across Spain, Poland, Portugal, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Turkey, and Cyprus.
Wymagania
- 10+ years in Product Management with 3+ years leading Product Managers.
- Enterprise B2B experience in SaaS, fintech, payments, e-commerce, or adjacent sectors including pre-sales, RFPs, and complex stakeholder management.
- Proven track record in discovery and execution from insight to measurable impact.
- Metrics fluency including ARR, NRR, win-rate, conversion, adoption, and time-to-value.
- Fluent in English (C1/C2) and native Russian.
- Comfortable with regular travel to customers, conferences, and the U.S.
Bonus points:
- Experience in nonprofit, giving, or payments sectors.
- History of building vertical toolkits or scalable enterprise solutions.
Obowiązki
Market & Customer Leadership:
- Develop deep expertise in Core Markets including segments, buying behaviors, procurement, RFP patterns, compliance, and adoption barriers.
- Drive continuous discovery through executive interviews, site visits, and industry events to identify must-haves and differentiators.
- Own strategic enterprise deals by presenting product vision, addressing objections, and collaborating with Go-to-Market teams for scalable rollout plans.
Portfolio Strategy & Outcomes:
- Define and own Core Markets strategy and multi-quarter roadmap with quantified business cases.
- Balance scale versus customization to protect product integrity while enabling enterprise wins.
- Set and deliver OKRs tied to revenue and adoption metrics such as ARR growth, win-rate, NRR, and key capability adoption.
Team Leadership:
- Hire, mentor, and inspire 2–5 Product Managers, fostering a culture of ownership, curiosity, and accountability.
- Establish operating rituals like discovery cadence, metrics reviews, and launch playbooks to scale learning and delivery.
- Coach PMs to manage cross-functional pods and represent the product credibly with enterprise customers.
GTM & Cross-Functional Partnership:
- Partner with Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and Marketing to provide product narratives, competitive angles, and clear boundaries.
- Lead cross-functional execution with Engineering, Design, and Analytics to deliver impactful and reliable capabilities on time.
- Communicate trade-offs with executive clarity, make decisions, document rationale, and keep stakeholders aligned.
