ServiceNow Developer

Their activities include building systems from scratch, development, maintenance, product implementations, team allocations, and individual expert placements within client structures. • Minimum 6 years of commercial experience in development, maintenance, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform
• Experience in administering and maintaining ServiceNow
• Fluent English language skills (C1)
• Experience in creating operational procedures (SOP)
• Good knowledge of complex IT systems and their interoperability
• Practical experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and project management
• Knowledge of service management
• Knowledge of key ServiceNow integration technologies (Web Services, SSO, LDAP, REST)

• Develop the ServiceNow platform
• Maintain up-to-date solution documentation, including technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOP), user manuals, and knowledge base articles
• Manage and maintain the ServiceNow instance, including all files and services such as binary files, configuration, key stores, Tomcat, Java, local backups, and performance tuning, ensuring functionality and compliance with security regulations
• Support the architect and ServiceNow administrator in designing the architecture and administration of the solution
