Risk & Remediation Manager IT

We are looking for an experienced Risk & Remediation Manager who will play a key part in managing cybersecurity controls, driving remediation initiatives and proactively enhancing risk management practices within our global infrastructure and cybersecurity teams. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure our technology and cyber risk frameworks stay robust and future-ready.

• 10+ years of relevant experience in technology risk management, cybersecurity controls, or resilience risk.
• In-depth understanding of IT environments: infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and apply sound judgment in complex organizations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with governance, audit, and regulatory engagements.
• Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience in: Confluence, Power BI, Excel.

• Oversee management of consumed cybersecurity controls and drive remediation efforts to boost control effectiveness.
• Build strong relationships and influence senior stakeholders across the organization, providing credible challenge and risk advisory.
• Use Confluence, Power BI, and Excel for detailed risk reporting, dashboard development, and insight generation.
• Support governance processes: issue/action management, control compliance monitoring, and board-level reporting.
• Partner with internal teams to manage regulatory and audit requests, handle incident reviews, and continuously improve the technology control environment.
