Manager, Product Management

Relativity builds innovative, enterprise-grade tools that help organizations make sense of unstructured data at scale. The company uses modern cloud technologies including C#, .NET, Azure, Cosmos DB, and Spark. The Product Management team focuses on the Structured Storage Platform underpinning RelativityOne, a cloud-native SaaS offering.

• 7+ years of experience in product management building and delivering custom software.
• 1+ years of experience managing and coaching Product Owners.
• Strong execution skills managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with focus on strategic objectives and long-term outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building and scaling products in large-scale SaaS or enterprise software environments.
• Technical background in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure technologies and distributed systems.
• Experience working cross-functionally between product and engineering.
• Ability to analyze product and platform metrics to monitor system health and optimize cost efficiency.
• Experience delivering features from ideation through implementation.
• Ability to articulate infrastructure- and platform-focused strategies to technical and non-technical audiences.

Customer Centric:

• Connect with external and internal customers to understand workflows and needs and validate approaches.
• Collaborate with engineering to address workflows and pain points across customer segments.
• Provide recommendations based on customer data and insights aligned with industry standards.

Product Leadership:

• Own the product roadmap and backlog for Unstructured Storage.
• Work with Product Leads to build strategy and goals.
• Track and report on key product metrics.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication to align stakeholders on priorities.

Technical Leadership:

• Work closely with Engineering to deliver products meeting scalability, reliability, usability, observability, efficiency, and performance standards.
• Maintain technical understanding of cloud platform architecture to communicate with development teams and make informed decisions.
• Understand technical challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Engage in technical discussions with Engineering Managers and Technical Architects.

Product Implementation:

• Break down complex projects into iterative releases with measurable milestones.
• Address dependencies across teams collaboratively.
• Develop customer-facing documentation and release notes related to platform updates.
• Align go-to-market strategies for new infrastructure capabilities with internal stakeholders.
