Wymagania
- At least 5 years of experience working in Unreal Engine, ideally on AA or AAA projects.
- Experience working with narrative side of games, such as quests or cinematics.
- Direct experience working on video game Dialogue authoring tools and pipelines such as screenplay editors, voice overs, scene editors or localization tools is considered a big plus.
- Proven experience leading a development team of around 7 members or similar scale.
- Credited on at least one shipped AA or AAA title.
- Proficiency in C++ and Unreal Engine 5.
- Experience with relational databases is a big plus.
- Experience with gRPC is a big plus.
- Experience in C# and .NET is a plus.
- Strong communication and team leadership skills.
- Strong working proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Obowiązki
- Lead and support a Localization Tech engineering team.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and cross-functional departments.
- Foster growth within the development team and nurture technical talent.
- Develop and maintain core technical features and pipelines (Dialogue authoring, content pipelines and related Unreal Engine systems).
- Optimize and debug features and pipelines in collaboration with QA.
- Ensure alignment across teams (designers, writers, QA, etc.) to deliver cohesive experiences.
