DevOps Engineer

• 3+ years of professional experience in Infrastructure, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes (k8s), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Expert-level familiarity with Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code workflows.
• Proven experience in production support, incident handling, and participating in on-call rotations for high-scale products.
• High level of self-awareness, proactivity, and ability to collaborate effectively with developers and support engineers.
• Upper-intermediate (B2+) or higher English proficiency for active participation in meetings and global collaboration.
• Strong desire to learn and implement modern tooling, including AI-assisted engineering and infrastructure-as-code best practices.

What you will be working on:

• Automate and evolve the cloud infrastructure using Terraform and AI-assisted workflows to ensure maximum uptime.
• Use Prometheus and Grafana to perform initial diagnosis of infrastructure issues across high-traffic services.
• Manage the resolution of technical challenges that exceed the scope of Level 1 support.
• Contribute to security-related infrastructure tasks to meet strict document security and compliance standards.
• Maintain clear documentation of infrastructure changes, monitoring rules, and troubleshooting procedures specific to the pdfFiller environment.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call duty week (rotation every 3–5 weeks depending on team size).
