Business-System Analyst (Mid–Senior)

Currently, for one of our teams delivering projects for a client in the banking sector, we are looking for a Mid/Senior Business-System Analyst with experience in business and system analysis in IT projects.

• have at least 4 years of experience in business and system analysis in IT projects
• have experience working on projects in the banking or financial sector
• are familiar with Jira and Confluence
• have basic knowledge of BPMN engines (e.g. Camunda)
• have experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• have participated in integration projects (API)
• are able to create technical documentation (e.g. HLD, diagrams)

Nice to have:

• basic knowledge of SQL
• experience in creating or analyzing mobile applications

• analyze business and system requirements
• create documentation (specifications, diagrams, process models)
• cooperate with development teams
• participate in workshops with the client
• take part in implementation and development projects
