Wymagania

Required:

  • Enjoy working with people including employees, managers, and contractors.
  • Communication skills, ability to seek compromises, and teamwork.
  • Discretion, confidentiality, accuracy, and punctuality in handling documents, contracts, and invoices.
  • Independence, responsibility, and excellent organizational skills with task and deadline monitoring.
  • Ability to switch between contexts and tasks with flexibility.
  • Aptitude and willingness to automate and simplify tasks.
  • English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with office software and tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Trello, Calamari.
  • Knowledge of Spanish language.

Obowiązki

  • Managing office-related tasks such as ordering new desks and office supplies, and ensuring availability of coffee, milk, and candies.
  • Creating and administering company documentation, including preparing employee contracts and monitoring data updates (e.g., student ID renewals).
  • Coordinating and onboarding new employees, including document verification, organizational briefings, and granting access to internal systems.
  • Administering employee benefits, including payment settlements, responding to inquiries, managing packages and access, and sourcing suppliers.
  • Handling receipt and dispatch of shipments and packages, including postal and courier coordination.
  • Coordinating IT equipment inventory, replacements, repairs, and simple IT tasks such as access provisioning and equipment ordering.
  • Assisting in organizing integration events, including participant lists and vendor research.
  • Collaborating with HR/People & Culture department on reports, employer branding activities, and recruitment support.
  • Providing support for emerging tasks and projects as the company grows, requiring flexibility and transparency.

  • Base salary on mandate contract: 5,000 - 7,000 PLN gross per month or equivalent on B2B contract.
