Senior GCP Platform Engineer / Lead

• 10+ years of experience in software/cloud engineering.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong knowledge of GCP services: GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Cloud SQL/Spanner, Dataflow, Anthos.
• Experience in architecture: microservices, event-driven systems, serverless, containerization (Kubernetes).
• Experience with AI/ML on GCP (e.g., Vertex AI, GenAI, MLOps).
• Experience leading engineering teams (minimum 5 people).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices: CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), monitoring/observability, security-by-design.
• Experience working with clients (stakeholder management, consulting, pre-sales).
• Very good command of English.

Nice to have:

• Experience in multi-cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
• Background in data engineering or large data platforms.
• Participation in preparing offers (RFP, proposals).
• Additional GCP certifications (Data Engineer, DevOps, Security).

• Leading engineering teams in GCP projects (5+ people).
• Responsibility for the technical direction of solutions from design to deployment.
• Designing and developing cloud-native architecture (microservices, event-driven, serverless).
• Hands-on work with GCP including implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Implementing and developing infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Building and optimizing CI/CD and observability processes.
• Collaborating with clients through workshops, technical consultations, and pre-sales.
• Ensuring quality, security, and scalability of solutions.
