Wymagania

  • Proficient in Python development and automation.
  • Experience with integration testing frameworks such as pytest.
  • Skilled in test automation and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
  • Hands-on experience with Application Performance Monitoring tools like DataDog.
  • Ability to configure observability tools, monitoring agents, and dashboards.
  • Experience designing alerting policies and incident response mechanisms.
  • Proficient in debugging production issues using telemetry and logs.
  • Familiarity with cloud and DevOps basics, including AWS Lambda and API Gateway.

Nice to have:

  • Advanced Python skills including asyncio, multithreading, and concurrency.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
  • Familiarity with deploying Python services to Azure Container Apps or Kubernetes.
  • Experience with open-source monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
  • Knowledge of authentication schemes like Basic Auth and OAuth for testing secured APIs.
  • Understanding of LLM APIs, LangChain orchestration, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and LangSmith for observability.
  • Broader experience with various DevOps tools and hybrid cloud environments.

Obowiązki

Core Technical Skills:

  • Write clean, maintainable Python code for automation and testing using modern IDEs.
  • Design, write, and deploy comprehensive integration tests with pytest and similar frameworks.
  • Automate execution of test suites within CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
  • Use Application Performance Monitoring tools like DataDog to observe production applications.
  • Configure monitoring agents, define custom metrics, and create dashboards for application health and performance.
  • Design and implement automated alerting policies based on KPIs, error rates, and thresholds.
  • Debug production issues using telemetry data and logs, analyze trends, and collaborate to improve stability.
  • Deploy applications and test suites to serverless environments like AWS Lambda behind API Gateway; use AWS boto3 and command-line tools for testing and debugging.

Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Lead technical discussions and translate system health data into actionable insights.
  • Encourage transparency, learning, and shared responsibility for production stability.
  • Mentor developers in testing best practices and observability-driven development.
  • Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to enhance system reliability.
