Senior Project Manager (Cloud & Cybersecurity)

• PMI certification (CAPM or preferably PMP)
• Strong experience delivering projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Proven experience acting as a sole Project Manager on IT projects
• Experience in IT transformation and/or integration projects
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written
• Solid understanding of Cloud and Cybersecurity domains, including: Firewalls (FW) and proxy solutions, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Database Activity Monitoring, Endpoint protection solutions, Security monitoring, Vulnerability management and security baselines, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Network security and Azure cloud architecture

Nice to have:

• Experience in financial sector

• Initiate, plan and deliver transformation and integration projects in Azure cloud and cybersecurity domains
• Own full project lifecycle (scope, plan, budget, risks, stakeholders)
• Deliver projects using both Waterfall and Agile approaches, depending on the project
• Apply structured Waterfall practices (clear phases, documentation, change control, governance)
• Run Agile ceremonies and support iterative delivery where appropriate
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, cloud, business and security
• Ensure alignment with cybersecurity and compliance requirements
• Provide clear reporting, risk management, and decision support to stakeholders
