IT Intern

Apius Technologies S.A is seeking an IT Intern to join their internal IT team responsible for technical support, system administration including Atlassian tools, and environment maintenance.

• Higher education (in progress or completed) in IT, cybersecurity, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Ability to diagnose basic hardware and system problems.
• Knowledge of Windows and basic Linux.
• Interest and initial experience with AI tools.
• Basic knowledge of computer networks (DNS, DHCP, IP).
• English language proficiency sufficient to read technical documentation.
• Availability for at least 32 hours per week with flexible scheduling.

Nice to have:

• Experience with virtual machines (VMware, Proxmox).
• Basics of automation scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
• Interest in AI applications for IT automation and support.

• Provide ongoing user support for hardware and IT systems.
• Support administration of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Perform basic diagnostics of hardware and network issues.
• Assist in managing JIRA and Confluence systems.
• Prepare and maintain virtual environments using VMware and Proxmox.
• Prepare and configure hardware for new employees.
