Analityk Biznesowy

• Minimum 4-year professional experience as Business Analyst or System Analyst on large-scale complex projects
• Very good knowledge of business process analysis methodologies and modeling, especially BPMN and UML notation
• Documented experience in facilitating workshops and conducting interviews with stakeholders at various organizational levels
• Understanding of enterprise-class systems, application architecture, and inter-system integration
• Practical skills in using analytical tools (e.g., Amplitude) and knowledge of SQL for data analysis (PostgreSQL knowledge is an advantage)
• Knowledge of agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience conducting Backlog Refinement sessions
• Highly developed analytical skills, including ability to predict impact of system changes on business processes
• Proficiency in creating clear, highly structured functional and technical documentation
• Highly developed communication skills, including ability to translate complex technological issues into language understandable for business stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Experience using AI assistants (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex) to support documentation creation, requirements analysis, test scenario generation, or process modeling

• Manage requirements in JIRA (epics, user stories, scope)
• Turn business and regulatory needs into clear, testable requirements
• Ensure quality and consistency (acceptance criteria, dependencies, traceability)
• Define scope and assess impact of changes
• Lead workshops and align stakeholders (internal & external)
• Act as the main contact for requirement clarifications
• Define user journeys and key system behaviors
• Support compliance and testing (UAT/CAT)
