Work as a Senior Java/Python Engineer with React on enterprise-grade applications
Contribute to architecture decisions
Design and implement scalable solutions
Continuously improve user experience, stability, and service quality
Collaborate closely with customers and cross-functional teams
Participate in software architecture design
Lead UI changes and improvements to increase overall UX and application stability
Implement solutions according to best design patterns
Analyze requirements to fully understand solutions and recommend improvements
Create comprehensive and clear documentation for developed solutions
Develop and work on application prototypes to validate concepts and designs
Manage changes through the service management lifecycle
Actively participate in automation and improvement of the service management lifecycle
Provide exceptional customer support by addressing and resolving issues promptly
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions

Openness to hybrid work 2 days a week from client office (for candidates from Kraków) and 6 days per month for candidates based outside Kraków
