Senior Python Developer (part-time)

We are looking for a Senior Python Developer to join our team on a part-time basis (0.5 FTE). We are open to both in-house candidates looking for a stable team environment and freelance developers seeking a flexible long-term collaboration. In this role, you will take technical ownership of a web ecosystem dedicated to products for parents and children, balancing new feature development with platform stability.

• Extensive experience with Python, specifically Django, Wagtail, and Celery.
• Good knowledge of PostgreSQL and hands-on experience with AWS (Fargate and ECS are essential; Lambda and Cognito are a plus).
• Familiarity with Terraform is a strong advantage.
• Ability to manage and enhance complex systems (Wagtail CMS / Django wrappers).
• Fluency in both Polish and English is required for effective team and client collaboration.

• Work closely with the client and the team to build and maintain web applications for the parenting and childcare sector.
• Manage and enhance three websites built on Wagtail with React & Next.js frontends.
• Handle new feature development, ongoing maintenance, and bug fixes to ensure maximum platform stability.
• Develop and optimize services tailored for the marketing department.
• Ensure seamless communication with the client's CRM through a dedicated Django-based wrapper.
