IT Project Manager

4Experience is a team that has been creating various VR applications for clients worldwide for years. Their projects support competence development, work safety, and innovation in industries such as medicine, industry, and education.

• Over 3 years of project management experience, preferably in business/IT applications; experience with VR/AR projects is a plus.
• Sales skills and highly developed communication competencies.
• Proficiency in English and Polish.
• Experience in budgeting, planning, documentation, and managing projects at various stages.
• Open-mindedness, creativity, engagement, and ownership orientation.
• Active listening skills, including understanding client business goals.
• Good organizational and prioritization skills, creative problem-solving in projects and client communication.
• Knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• Experience working with Jira.

Nice to have:

• Experience creating sales offers and presentations.
• Product sense and basic UX/UI knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of IT legal issues (contracts, NDA, SLA, etc.).
• General knowledge of industries outside IT (e.g., industry, defense, medicine).

• Manage project tasks, team, budget, time, and risks throughout the application development process.
• Participate in the pre-sales process, including preparing tender documentation and managing estimations.
• Ensure communication within the project team to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with the best quality.
• Communicate and collaborate with external stakeholders, managing expectations, presenting results, and maintaining client contact.
• Manage client relationships and negotiations, especially balancing expectations with budgetary or technological constraints.
• Report project status and maintain project documentation.
• Advise clients on business solutions or recommend appropriate project approaches.
• Create project specifications and cost estimates.
• Solve problems.
• Motivate and support the team in achieving set goals.
