Project / Program Manager – Data Center Transition

We are looking for a Project / Program Manager to lead a large-scale data center service provider transition (MSP onboarding) across Europe and APAC. The role covers end-to-end coordination of infrastructure transition from incumbent providers to a new service provider, ensuring operational stability, governance, and compliance.

• 8–12+ years in IT Project / Program Management
• Experience in infrastructure / datacenter / MSP transition programs
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes
• Experience in multi-country / global delivery (EU/APAC preferred)
• Strong governance, risk, and vendor management skills
• Experience working with infrastructure service providers / integrators

Nice to have:

• ServiceNow / ITSM tools experience
• Knowledge of CMDB, IAM, PAM, DR, monitoring
• Cloud / hybrid infrastructure understanding
• Automation basics (Ansible / Terraform)

• End-to-end management of datacenter transition program (EU & APAC)
• Program governance (SteerCo, RAID, reporting, escalation management)
• Coordination of site readiness and infrastructure transition
• Service provider onboarding and knowledge transfer
• Validation of operational readiness (ITIL processes, DR, monitoring, access, CMDB)
• Risk, compliance, and audit management (incl. GDPR)
• Stakeholder management across IT, business, and vendors
• Cutover, hypercare, and steady-state handover management
