IT System / Business Analyst (banking / mobile / integrations)

People More is a technology company working on projects for a large client base in Poland and abroad, building projects from scratch or supporting partners' solutions, with an international working environment and projects.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT/System/Business Analyst in IT projects
• Banking experience is a must
• Experience with API analysis
• Experience in database analysis
• Experience with mobile applications (preferably mobile banking)
• Knowledge of UML and BPMN notation
• Experience working with JIRA
• Ability to run workshops and collaborate with stakeholders
• Very good English and Polish

• Conducting business and system analysis
• Conducting analytical and technical workshops with the client
• Working in a Scrum environment
• Designing inter-system communication via APIs / endpoints
• Participating in refinement sessions
• Performing data analysis
• Working on the analysis and integration of the system with an external logistics service provider
