Senior IT Security & IAM Consultant

Riverland Reply specializes in consulting end-to-end customer-oriented solutions and strategies, supporting customers in strategic IT decisions, solution implementation, and production execution. The company combines digital Customer Experience knowledge with cloud native technologies and advises clients in automotive, transportation, logistics, and finance industries. It has a strong partnership with Oracle, focusing on Oracle’s Customer Experience products.

• Confident communication in English and Polish; German is a strong plus.
• Degree in IT security, computer science, business administration, or comparable experience.
• Several years of experience in IT security, IAM, or security consulting.
• Functional understanding of IAM, including roles and rights models and authorization concepts.
• Experience engaging directly with application owners and business stakeholders to drive alignment on access models and onboarding paths.
• Familiarity with IAM platforms (e.g., One Identity) is a plus.
• Experience working in client-facing consulting or project environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model with office presence in Katowice at least once per week.

• Advise clients on IT security, compliance, and Identity & Access Management (IAM) topics.
• Lead and support security risk analyses and threat assessments at application and project level.
• Develop IT security concepts, including risk assessments, security controls, and compliance measures.
• Drive IAM initiatives focusing on roles and rights discovery, authorization concepts, and user/application onboarding.
• Align with application owners and business stakeholders to understand and challenge existing role structures and guide the application of central IAM templates.
• Consult business and technical teams on fulfilling authorization requirements and support onboarding.
• Gather, structure, and maintain authorization concepts and account requirements in documentation tools.
• Contribute to cybersecurity and IAM transformation projects from planning through implementation.
