DevOps Engineer (mid/regular)

Ericsson is hiring a DevOps Engineer to join their Łódź based team, focusing on cloud-native environments and CI/CD pipeline optimization.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts and technologies.
• Experience with DevOps tools (Git, Gerrit, Jenkins) and configuration management.
• Knowledge of cloud-native environments such as Kubernetes and Docker.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Willingness to share knowledge and continuously learn.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Programming experience in Python and/or C++.
• Interest in continued improvements and innovation.
• Good understanding of IP networking concepts and packet analysis.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support efficient and reliable software delivery.
• Work with DevOps tools (Git, Gerrit, Jenkins) and configuration management practices to streamline workflows.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot cloud-native environments, including Kubernetes and Docker-based solutions.
• Investigate, debug, and resolve reported issues to ensure system stability and performance.
• Collaborate closely with development and testing teams to improve automation, quality, and delivery processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps, proposing enhancements, and implementing innovative solutions.
• Take part in knowledge-sharing activities and support a culture of learning and innovation within the team.

This role follows a hybrid work model with three days per week in the office in Łódź.
