Tester

• Excellent understanding of software testing principles in Agile environments.
• 3+ years of professional experience as a Manual Tester in Agile development teams.
• Solid experience in testing web applications and REST API integrations, including with third-party systems.
• Hands-on expertise in defining test artifacts like epics, stories, and acceptance tests.
• Proficiency with test management tools such as qTest, Tricentis, Zephyr, and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Familiarity with DevSecOps processes: CI/CD, burndown, retrospectives, and test automation frameworks.
• Strong skills in defect analysis and ability to identify exceptions in logs and APIs.
• Competency in Microsoft Excel and reporting metrics to stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Work with product owners to define clear and testable acceptance criteria.
• Drive and manage testing phases of assigned projects in Agile delivery.
• Create and implement test strategies, test cases, and test plans, covering regression, performance, integration, and functional testing.
• Provide test scenarios for automation and performance validation.
• Maintain and evolve manual test artifacts, metrics, and environments.
• Collaborate in backlog refinement, task estimation, and testing in sprints.
• Document test progress and defects in line with quality processes.
