Full Stack AI Engineer

The product leverages advanced AI models (image, text, and video) and combines them into intelligent workflows designed for real-world collaboration. Instead of focusing only on content generation, the platform addresses key challenges in planning, coordination, and execution.

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer
• Proficiency with React.js and Node.js
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions independently
• Experience working in product-oriented environments with a strong focus on delivery and impact
• Solid understanding of modern web technologies and full-stack architecture
• Ability to work across the entire SDLC — from development to deployment and maintenance
• Experience with CI/CD, version control systems, and modern development workflows
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to take responsibility for delivered solutions
• Experience mentoring others and contributing to team growth
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have:

• Experience working with AI/ML-based products or integrating external model APIs
• Familiarity with building or scaling early-stage (0→1) products
• Background in industries related to media, video, or digital content
• Experience with prompt engineering or chaining AI models
• Knowledge of DevOps or Product Operations practices
• Proven ability to improve team delivery speed and efficiency
• Interest in product thinking and experimentation
• Basic design sense or experience working closely with UI/UX

• Design, develop, and deploy full-stack features for an AI-driven SaaS platform
• Work closely with product stakeholders to define solutions and deliver measurable business impact
• Take ownership of the full development lifecycle — from idea to production
• Build and iterate on new product features (0→1 development)
• Ensure high quality by owning testing, validation, and release of your solutions
• Contribute to improving development processes, increasing delivery speed, and reducing friction
• Mentor other engineers and share best practices across the team
• Collaborate in a fast-moving environment focused on experimentation and continuous improvement
