System Engineer - Microsoft Solutions

Be in IT is a recruitment company specializing in searching for specialists in the IT technology sector. Currently, for our client, we are looking for a person for the position of Senior Google Workspace Engineer.

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Microsoft technologies, especially Active Directory and/or PKI.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment, including Azure AD and M365 Admin Center.
• Higher education (preferred fields: IT, telecommunications, or related).
• English language proficiency enabling comfortable work with technical documentation.
• Willingness to improve skills by obtaining Microsoft certifications and developing in Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Good work organization, independence, responsibility for assigned tasks, communication skills with clients, and ability to work in a project environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience in configuration and administration of Exchange Server, Exchange Online, and other Microsoft ecosystem components.
• Experience in administration of Exchange Server, Intune, Microsoft Certificate Authority, Microsoft Teams.
• Knowledge of hybrid Active Directory solutions.

• Long-term cooperation on Microsoft projects: implementation and development of cloud and hybrid environments.
• Designing, implementing, and configuring Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and PKI with an emphasis on hybrid security.
• Implementing Identity solutions: identity and access management in Azure AD and on-premises AD.
• Conducting technical meetings with clients, identifying needs, and recommending solutions.
• Pre-sales activities (consulting, concepts) and post-sales (implementation, configuration, optimization).
• Organizing and conducting training and workshops for clients.
• Migrating systems and applications to Microsoft Azure and managing hybrid architecture.
• Monitoring and developing environments according to industry standards and best practices.
• Continuously improving technical competencies and following trends in Microsoft 365 and Azure.
