Magento Backend Developer (Junior/Mid/Senior) (K/M)

It operates over 160 stationary stores and an online shop komfort.pl, focusing on innovation and customer satisfaction.

Common for all levels:

• Good knowledge of PHP and MySQL
• Basic knowledge of Magento 2
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Willingness to continuously develop and learn new technologies
• Good English language skills (documentation)

Junior level:

• Up to 2 years of commercial experience in PHP/Magento (own/open source projects are a plus)
• Willingness to work under supervision and perform customization and bug fixing tasks
• Enthusiasm for learning Magento and e-commerce

Mid level:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Magento 2 development
• Ability to independently create modules and complex integrations
• Practical knowledge of GraphQL, REST API, and Docker environment
• Problem-solving and code optimization skills

Senior level:

• Over 5 years of experience in Magento 2/Adobe Commerce development
• Deep knowledge and proficiency in Magento system architecture, performance optimization, scalability, and security
• Experience in code review and maintaining high code quality
• Ability to technically lead projects, mentor junior developers, and make key architectural decisions
• Ability to quickly respond and solve critical issues in online sales ("firefighter")

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (React/Next.js)
• Ability to use AI tools to accelerate work, understanding AI as a tool, not a replacement for developers

• Develop, implement, and maintain advanced e-commerce solutions on the Magento 2 platform
• Create new functionalities and modules following best practices
• Integrate with external systems (ERP, CRM, payment systems, etc.)
• Optimize performance, scalability, and security of Magento applications
• Collaborate with frontend teams, QA, and Product Owners using agile methodologies
• For experienced candidates: design architecture, conduct code reviews, mentor junior colleagues, and technically lead projects
