ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our client's IT team and take ownership of the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform in a complex enterprise environment.

Remote work (80% of time) with occasional visits in Warsaw office (20%)

• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience, including at least 2 years in a similar ServiceNow role
• Hands-on experience in developing, administering, and maintaining ServiceNow
• Very good knowledge of ServiceNow products, Service Management, and integrations (REST, Web Services, SSO, LDAP)
• Experience with requirements gathering, analysis, and working in project environments
• At least two certificates: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (or equivalent) - MUST HAVE
• Understanding of complex IT systems, interoperability, and IT security standards
• English at B2 level or higher

• Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform
• Analyse business requirements and advise on new ServiceNow functionalities
• Write, test, and implement ServiceNow code and enhancements
• Maintain and support the ServiceNow instance, including upgrades, patches, and integrations
• Analyse and resolve incidents, perform bug fixes, and ensure platform stability and security
• Cooperate with ServiceNow Architects, Administrators, and other teams on development projects
• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, user manuals, and knowledge articles
