Junior Consultant / Junior Implementation Specialist

You will join a team delivering implementation and consulting projects for companies looking to grow their sales, marketing, and customer service using modern technologies. The team works at the intersection of AI CRM, business process automation, low-code/no-code platforms, and system and data integration. The work involves not just implementing tools but helping clients design and improve the way their organizations operate.

• 1–2 years of project experience in areas such as IT/business consulting, business analysis, system implementations, operations/business processes, product/tech startups, data/automation/low-code
• Roles such as Junior Consultant, Business Analyst, Implementation Specialist, Product/Operations Analyst, Junior Project Manager

Nice to have:

• experience with CRM
• knowledge of BPMN / process modeling
• basics of SQL or data analysis
• experience with low-code / no-code platforms
• interest in AI in business and automation

Analysis and process design:

• analyzing sales, marketing, and customer service processes
• identifying areas for automation
• business process modeling

Process automation:

• configuring low-code / no-code tools
• building workflows and automations
• integrating various systems

System implementations:

• configuring CRM systems and operational platforms
• supporting implementations and testing
• participating in client workshops

Consulting work:

• gathering business requirements
• preparing analyses and recommendations
• participating in transformational projects

Over time, you will lead entire areas of implementations or automations.
