Senior System Designer

RITS Software House, part of RITS Group, is a dynamically developing IT company creating modern solutions for the Polish and international markets, focusing on CRM & Finance systems.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in system design and integration, preferably in large, complex environments
• Knowledge of UML, BPMN, data modeling (ERD), application and API design (REST, integration standards)
• Ability to propose and defend design decisions
• Experience with backend technologies (Java / Spring or similar)
• Good knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL (Oracle is a plus)
• Knowledge of microservice architecture, event-driven systems, and principles of scalability and performance
• Experience with integration systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar) and understanding synchronous and asynchronous communication
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Draw.io, Postman, Swagger
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills at the business-IT interface
• Independence, proactivity, and responsibility for assigned solutions

Nice to have:

• Experience in CRM, billing, subscription systems, AWS, CI/CD, DevOps
• Ability to read frontend code (React/JS)

• Independently translate business requirements into system architecture and solutions
• Design integrations, data flows, and system logic
• Create data models, architecture diagrams, and detailed specifications
• Co-create system development direction and design standards
• Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and Product Owners to clarify implementation
• Act as a system expert in SCRUM teams
• Participate in refinements, analytical workshops, and support integration and UAT testing
• Responsible for quality and consistency of solutions at every development stage
