Senior Product Manager - Digital Values

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Product Manager or Product Owner role
• Documented experience in managing product roadmaps and prioritizing initiatives
• Proficiency in writing user stories with acceptance criteria (AC) and backlog management
• Experience in collaborating with development teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on product metrics
• Knowledge of integration processes and working with external partner APIs
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under uncertainty
• Stakeholder management skills - collaborating with business partners at various levels
• English language at a level enabling fluent communication with international partners

Nice to have:

• Experience in fintech, telco, or energy industry
• Knowledge of digital values products specifics (topup, gift cards, eSIM)
• Experience managing products in a B2B2C environment
• Knowledge of technical standards in the telecommunications industry
• Experience conducting user research and A/B testing

• Managing the full product lifecycle in the digital values area (topup, gift cards, energy top-ups, eSIMs)
• Defining and prioritizing the product roadmap based on business and user needs
• Creating and managing the backlog - writing detailed user stories with acceptance criteria
• Analyzing product data and business metrics - making data-driven decisions
• Identifying product development opportunities and new business possibilities
• Coordinating integration processes with external partner systems
