Wymagania

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
  • Experience with core ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Service Request Management
  • Previous work with the ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) module, including configuration of Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management
  • Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, control testing, issue management, and implementation of compliance frameworks within ServiceNow IRM
  • Ability to configure risk statements, control objectives, risk indicators (KRI), and reporting dashboards in IRM
  • An organized and focused approach to work
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Fluent in Polish required
  • Residing in Poland required

  • Relevant ServiceNow certifications

Obowiązki

  • Creating and maintaining existing documentation
  • Taking part in the testing and deployment activities
  • Participating in requirement analysis and review sessions, design reviews, and Scrum meetings
  • Executing platform upgrades, including skipped records review
  • Performing administration duties, configuration tasks, and general activities in ServiceNow, including standard configuration, security, workflow, data management, and integration
  • Identifying opportunities for potential automation to enhance the end-user experience with the platform
  • Developing scripts in various areas (Business Rules, UI Actions, Access Control Lists, UI Policies, UI Pages)
  • Creating, customizing, and modifying Flow/Workflow, portals, and widgets
  • Setting up dashboards with reporting capabilities
  • Integrating with 3rd party tools and other ServiceNow instances (including out-of-the-box APIs and REST/SOAP web services)
  • Validating the technical solution before deployment
