Senior Category Owner

Allegro is a leading e-commerce platform operating across 6 countries with over 21 million active buyers and more than 164k partners.

• At least 3 years of experience in category management, product development on marketplace/e-commerce platforms, or as a Key Account Manager.
• Knowledge of industry specifics including solutions, manufacturers, brands, B2C and B2B specifics, and sales channels.
• Understanding of online business and e-commerce mechanisms.
• Highly developed analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to plan, organize work, and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Proactive problem identification and solution recommendation.
• Focus on collaboration and business efficiency.
• English proficiency at least B1/B2.
• Presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Work on the development of selected categories such as Audio/Photo or SDA in a dynamic and cross-functional team.
• Responsible for the development and achievement of results of selected categories.
• Analyze assortment and track online/offline trends to identify assortment gaps and category growth opportunities.
• Monitor category performance to diagnose potential problems and propose solutions.
• Coordinate sales-supporting campaigns on the platform and co-create the annual event and activations calendar.
• Develop cooperation with key brands to improve their results on Allegro.
• Lead projects in the business-technology area.
