Agentic Engineering Manager

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing engineering teams, ideally in AI/ML, agentic systems, or platform development.
• Strong understanding of agentic architecture, AI/ML concepts, and model operationalization.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Technical background in Python or similar languages, with experience deploying distributed systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, working with product, AI research, cloud and change teams.

Nice to have:

• Experience with MLOps tools, distributed agentic systems, open-source contributions, Kaggle, GCP certifications.

• Leading and coaching the Agentic engineering team to deliver high‑quality, reliable agent‑based features.
• Overseeing and aligning the design, build, and evolution of Neo’s agentic platform components.
• Implementing and standardizing best practices for agentic development, experimentation, and MLOps.
• Coordinating closely with product, AI research, cloud, and change teams to translate needs into implementable solutions.
• Driving innovation by identifying and integrating new approaches and technologies in agentic and autonomous systems.
