Software Engineer (React, with German)

• 4-5 years of experience in developing accessible web applications, with strong expertise in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and pre-processors like SASS/SCSS
• Familiarity with JavaScript package managers (npm, yarn) and modern build tools
• Experience with React Router, Formik, Bootstrap, and state management tools like Redux
• Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Vitest) and test-driven development practices
• Exposure to GenAI tools, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar)
• Good command of English and German at a B2 level (both are mandatory requirements)

• Involvement in development and maintenance IT systems according to clients needs using the best praxis and design patterns
• Depending on projects requirements analysis, design, implementation and finally testing and deployment of deliveries
• Creating specification and documentation for the business requirements and implemented features
• Playing a key role in medium size team (senior/lead role)
• Supporting less experience team members in their growth
