Very strong experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) e.g., AVEVA, TrakSYS.
Good understanding of manufacturing applications, ERP, MES, and WMS systems, including their integration in complex business environments.
Experience integrating MES with ERP/WMS (e.g., SAP).
Experience with SAP in one or more manufacturing-related areas: Production Planning, Materials Management, Quality Management, Plant Maintenance, or Warehouse Management.
Experience in food industry and/or FMCG is very nice to have.
Proficiency in SQL for queries, views, and data analysis.
Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, JSON, C#).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; ability to work with end users, technical teams, and management.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to influence, mentor, and guide team members.
Demonstrated ability to document system designs, configurations, and process specifications.
Professional demeanor with the ability to develop effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.

Lead or contribute to multiple applications, technology projects, and strategic initiatives.
Configure systems, perform testing, deploy solutions, and provide post-implementation support.
Document functional specifications and define system scope aligned with business needs.
Identify process improvements and recommend new technologies.
Manage system issues, change management, and root cause analysis.
