FullStack Developer

Kyotu Technology is a boutique software house based in Wrocław and Warsaw, working fully remotely or in hybrid mode across Poland. We focus on long-term, high-quality engineering and building complex, production-grade systems with real business impact.

• Minimum 4 years of commercial experience as a Fullstack Developer
• Experience in both frontend and backend development
• Experience with infrastructure and deployment environments
• Understanding of system integrations and basic DevOps practices
• Higher education in IT or equivalent practical experience
• Knowledge or certification in cybersecurity (e.g. course, training, certificate)
• Experience with modern frontend technologies (e.g. Vue, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS)
• Experience with backend development (e.g. Node.js or similar)
• Experience working with relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with Linux environments
• Basic experience with containerization (Docker)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins)
• High level of independence and ownership
• Good communication skills and team orientation
• English at B2 level

Nice to have:

• Experience with asynchronous and concurrent programming (e.g. Rust, Tokio, Rayon)
• Experience with CMS platforms (e.g. PHP, WordPress)
• Experience with in-memory databases or caching (e.g. Redis, Valkey)
• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana)
• Familiarity with WebAssembly
• Knowledge of document processing or typesetting systems (e.g. Typst, PDF formats)
• Experience working in Agile environments

• Work end-to-end, from UI to backend logic and deployment environments.
