IT Helpdesk Specialist

Rebel Wolves are, at its core, a team of experienced veterans, who want to make great, and innovative Role-Playing Games! We’re working on a brand new story-driven AAA RPG Saga for PCs and consoles in Unreal Engine 5. And we’re looking for new people to join us!

• At least 2-3 years of experience in similar role
• Good knowledge of Windows Domain (what it is, how it works, adding users, modifying groups)
• Windows 11 expertise – ability to quickly diagnose and fix issues
• Knowledge of modern PC architecture
• Basic network knowledge - DHCP, DNS, VPN
• Experience managing access to internal & external services (Google Workspace, Office 365, VPNs, licenses)
• Advanced computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Strong problem-solving attitude and efficient task management
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive “can-do” mindset
• Native/proficient Polish
• Ability to communicate in English (at least at B2 level)
• Ability to work from the office every day (9 am - 5 pm)

Nice to have:

• Experience in the gamedev industry
• Familiarity with macOS
• Experience with Slack, Parsec, Perforce Helix Software
• Passion for video games

• Acting as the first line of IT support for the Rebel Wolves Team (1st and 2nd line, both on-site and remote support)
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations and office equipment (desktops, laptops, printers, accessories, conference room hardware)
• Performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, and small repairs/upgrades (yes, screwdrivers will be involved🪛)
• Resolving incidents reported by the team, documenting activities in Jira, and escalating when necessary
• Maintaining full ownership of tickets throughout their lifecycle
• Taking on additional tasks aligned with your interests and project needs
