Wymagania
- Background in IT, digitalization, automation, data, ERP, process management, or similar areas
- Practical interest in AI and the ability to apply it to real business problems
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with different departments
- Structured and pragmatic working style
- Polish and English language skills; German is an advantage
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot, Azure/OpenAI, SQL, Python, ERP, or manufacturing processes is a plus
Obowiązki
- Identify AI and automation opportunities in business processes
- Run workshops with departments and translate requirements into practical solution concepts
- Build or coordinate prototypes for AI assistants, automation flows, reporting improvements, and knowledge solutions
- Support implementation together with internal IT, key users, and external partners
- Train users and promote responsible AI usage within the company
- Document use cases, benefits, risks, and operating requirements
- Evaluate tools and technologies from a business, IT, security, and compliance perspective
