• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in process transformation, operational excellence, or digital/AI-driven business changes
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage project delivery end-to-end
• Strong client and stakeholder relationship management skills, comfortable with C-suite and senior leadership
• Ability to formulate and defend well-founded points of view on process redesign in the age of AI
• Effective storytelling skills, both visual (PowerPoint) and oral, in English
• Proactive ownership mindset, driving outcomes not just tasks
• Solid understanding of technology landscape relevant to process reinvention, including frameworks (LLM-powered copilots, autonomous agents, agentic architectures), GenAI & Agentic AI (n8n, Make, Zapier), Process Intelligence (Celonis, Signavio), Hyperautomation & RPA (UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere), ERP architectures (SAP, Oracle), and integration/data pipeline concepts (APIs, ETL, data lakes)
• Attention to detail and analytical rigor

Nice to have:

• Experience in professional services or consulting
• In-depth knowledge of at least one process area (P2P, O2C, R2R, H2R)
• Hands-on experience with any of the listed tools
• Experience with business development activities (proposals, orals, client pitches)
• Background in change management or organizational transformation

• Take ownership of client engagements, leading teams to reinvent how the world's biggest companies operate using AI-driven process transformation
• Steer the strategic direction of projects by challenging assumptions, shaping narratives, and bringing well-founded points of view to senior client stakeholders
• Own client relationships, proactively driving value realization and ensuring work translates into tangible business outcomes
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence, curiosity, and ownership
• Support business development efforts, contributing to proposals, shaping offerings, and helping grow the practice
• Deliver work mostly remotely with occasional travel to client locations mostly across Europe and other locations for short or long term
• Participate in in-person collaboration, learning, and relationship building with clients, peers, leaders, and communities
