Lead .NET Developer (k/m/x)

You will be part of a team developing and enhancing scalable, cloud-based applications used by enterprise clients worldwide. The role focuses on building secure, high-quality backend services and contributing to modern, maintainable system architecture in a compliance-driven environment.

• 7+ years of professional experience in software development, primarily with C#/.NET
• Strong experience with: ASP.NET, SQL Server, RESTful services, Clean Architecture
• Deep understanding of:
  • Object-oriented design
  • Common design patterns
  • Security principles
  • Software engineering best practices
• Experience working independently with high ownership
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Pragmatic, results-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and delivery

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and services
• Contribute to backend development using C# and .NET
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and scalable service-oriented solutions
• Apply strong object-oriented design principles and Clean Architecture patterns
• Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, security, and maintainability
• Participate in technology research and recommend improvements to existing systems
• Drive technical topics independently from concept to implementation
• Support automation initiatives and apply AI-driven approaches where relevant
• Mentor team members and actively contribute to engineering best practices
