Business / Systems Analyst (AI project)

Acaisoft specializes in cloud-native application development and transformations from legacy to cloud-native environments. They provide end-to-end software solutions including business analysis, project evaluation, UI/UX, frontend, and backend design and implementation. Their customers range from startups to large enterprises based in the US, mainly Silicon Valley, and Western Europe.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in an IT Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst position, preferably in a startup environment
• Ability to create a document describing the implementation of Linear/Miro or a similar tool (for development usage)
• Interest or experience in AI technologies to understand technical concepts
• Ability to work till 6 p.m. (CEST)
• Strong startup mindset: flexibility (ability to work well under pressure and frequent change), proactiveness, and a “get things done” attitude

• Analyze and deconstruct tools such as Miro and Linear to identify core functionalities, data structures, and user interaction patterns
• Define end-to-end functional specifications for replicated tool environments optimized for AI-driven use cases
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the technical team
• Collaborate closely with AI and engineering teams to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of specifications
• Adapt quickly to changing project assumptions, sometimes adjusted live during client calls
• Participate in client meetings (mostly between 4 PM and 6 PM CEST)
• Work with international clients and internal technical teams

Candidate should be able to work until 6:00 p.m. CEST due to client’s time zone.
