T Hub - DevOps Engineer – Telco Cloud / ACS Security

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join Squad ACS (Announcement-, Control & Support Systems) within the Voice & Messaging Tribe of Deutsche Telekom Technik GmbH. In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of innovative, cloud‑native solutions for Voice & Messaging services in fixed and mobile networks. You will work end‑to‑end — from design and engineering through deployment and operations — in an agile, DevOps‑driven environment.

• 5+ years of experience gained on a similar role
• Strong experience with cloud‑native technologies and Kubernetes
• Solid background in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience with IMS architectures and call flows (CSCFs, AS, MRF)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and analytical mindset
• DevOps mentality with high ownership and accountability
• Comfortable working in agile, cross‑functional teams

Nice to have:

• Basic understanding of German

• Design, analyze, and implement functional and technical requirements for IMS, Voice & Messaging software, platforms, and infrastructure
• Operate and further develop cloud‑native IMS components deployed on Kubernetes
• Take full DevOps responsibility for critical systems across their entire lifecycle
• Troubleshoot complex issues and perform structured root cause analysis
• Actively contribute to the development of a new AI Calling system, enabling real‑time speech processing and translation within IMS call flows
• Collaborate closely within an agile squad, driving ownership and continuous improvement
