Senior Software Engineer - Infrastructure Security

Google's software engineers develop next-generation technologies that change how billions of users connect, explore, and interact with information and one another. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
• 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
• 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
• Experience in applications security, cryptography, network security, systems security or malware analysis.

Nice to have:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
• Experience developing accessible technologies.

• Work closely with Security teams inside of Google and partner and customer teams.
• Develop operating system and hardware security features for the product.
• Design security solutions within the broader area.
• Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (style guidelines, code accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
