Functional Analyst D365 F&O

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, IT, or a similar field
• 3-8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Solid understanding of finance and/or supply chain processes
• Experience gathering requirements and documenting business processes
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non‑technical teams

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement D365 solutions that align with business needs.
• Provide hands-on support during the deployment, testing, and go-live phases of projects.
• Customise and configure D365 Finance & Operations modules to meet specific business requirements.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective system usage and adoption.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operation.
• Stay updated with the latest D365 F&O advancements and recommend enhancements to existing solutions.
• Document processes, configurations, and user guides for future reference.
