We’re looking for a motivated and collaborative Agile Lead (Continuous Improvement) to join a team delivering reliable, secure, and scalable automation through innovative digital solutions. You will provide Agile leadership for a newly created technology POD responsible for developing open-source software solutions for agreed business use cases.

You will also play a key role in driving continuous improvement, evaluating processes, and implementing enhanced ways of working to ensure efficient and predictable delivery outcomes.

• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and software delivery lifecycles.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Proven track record of applying process improvements in tech/IT environments.
• Strong analytical and facilitation skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance Agile flexibility with structured delivery.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• 5+ years in Agile delivery and process improvement roles, ideally within IT or Technology domains.

Nice to have:

• Experience with DevOps, SAFe, or automation – an advantage.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies – planning, refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach Agile principles to help the team select and apply the right frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid).
• Remove impediments, resolve dependencies, and maintain smooth delivery flow.
• Enhance team performance through metrics such as cycle time, throughput, and quality signals—focusing on improvement, not blame.
• Partner with Product Owners/Managers to refine backlog prioritization and clarity of outcomes.
• Coordinate dependencies and alignment across teams, vendors, and key functions like security and architecture.
• Foster good engineering practices (test automation, CI/CD, documentation).
• Build a safe and inclusive environment for open discussion and collaborative problem-solving.
• Drive structured problem-solving and implement process improvements from concept to delivery.
