Wymagania
- 2-5 years of experience in IT support or a similar end-user facing role
- Solid hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 and the Microsoft 365 suite
- Exposure to endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune and identity platforms like Active Directory / Entra ID
- A basic understanding of networking fundamentals (VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience working with ticketing or ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, FreshService, or similar)
Obowiązki
- Provide technical support to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
- Monitor system performance and ensure the security of IT systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand IT requirements and provide solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation for IT systems, processes, and procedures.
- Assist in deploying and updating company-wide software and applications.
- Provide training and support to end-users as required.
- Deliver high-quality on-site and remote IT support to end users, ensuring fast, reliable, and user-friendly service.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues across modern workplace technologies.
- Support and enhance the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) to help users work smarter and more collaboratively.
- Actively contribute to improvements in Digital Employee Experience (DEX) by identifying patterns, pain points, and opportunities for optimization.
- Manage devices and endpoints using Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager, including provisioning, configuration, updates, and lifecycle management.
- Support identity and access management processes, ensuring the right access for the right people at the right time.
- Follow and promote IT security best practices, helping protect users and the organization.
- Work within ITIL-based service management processes while continuously looking for ways to simplify, automate, and improve.
- Create and maintain clear documentation and knowledge base articles to enable self-service and faster problem resolution.
- Collaborate closely with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application teams in an international environment.
- Support new employee onboarding by ensuring a smooth and welcoming IT setup from day one.
