• Experienced IT leader with Bachelor-level abilities and at least 3-5 years experience in a similar role.
• Business fluent in Polish and English languages.
• Entrepreneurial approach and passion for technology with excellent communication skills.
• Team player with a drive to connect to others.
• Strong analytical abilities using data and facts for decision making, measuring success, and minimizing risks.
• Hands-on mentality to take on problems and find efficient solutions.
• Experience with Google tools and PM-Software is a nice-to-have.
• Open to travel up to 20% of the time.

• Build and lead a team of IT Technicians and Engineers, acting as their leader to improve individuals and the overall team daily.
• Responsible with the team for the flawless functioning of the IT technical systems and infrastructure within a 145,000m2 highly automated warehouse.
• Plan and prioritize activities related to maintenance, IT services, and projects in accordance with Zalando Standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the international Warehouse IT team, site teams, partners, local service providers, and the wider business.
• Act as the local expert and implement a strong local IT service operation considering all stakeholders' interests.
• Drive continuous innovation by acting as a business consultant on all local IT-related projects.
