Data & AI – OpenPages Architect

IBM Expert Labs is a Data & AI Software services organization located in Kraków, Poland. The role focuses on data governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance within the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) domain.

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience in Computer Science/Information Systems/Engineering/STEM.
• Strong (3-5 years) experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) domain.
• Strong experience in creating solution designs, estimates, and customer demos.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Creative approach to problem solving, innovation, and issue resolution.
• Exposure to Linux, shell scripting, and DevOps tools.
• Proven track record of innovation with 3 exemplary projects.
• Detail-oriented, team-oriented, self-directed, and adaptable to new development environments and changing business requirements.
• Proficiency in a second European language (German, French, Spanish, or Italian) is required.
• Strong experience architecting solutions on IBM OpenPages (9.x).
• Experience with TFUI, Workflows, Configurations, Views, Security, triggers, helpers, APIs, AFCON, Object Models, and integrations.
• Experience with full lifecycle of IBM OpenPages version upgrades, migration, deployment cycles, and DevOps.
• IBM OpenPages Developer Certification.
• Experience in Reactjs and Java.
• Experience in knowledge sharing such as speaking at conferences, tech talks, meetups, blogging, or publications.

• Be a trusted Advisor of the Customer on IBM OpenPages and influence decision makers on technical feasibility.
• Guide and implement strategy to transform customer business needs into technically viable solutions.
• Create solution blueprints, estimates, gap analysis, and conceptual designs/customer demos.
• Implement solutions within defined architectural guardrails, principles, and framework.
• Use industry/functional expertise to guide customers on IBM OpenPages capabilities.
• Work on IBM OpenPages configurations, workflows, providing development, deployment, and post go-live support.
• Responsible for IBM OpenPages integration across systems within customer landscape.
• Act as the central point of contact across various teams working on the solution.
• Serve as the technical single point of contact (SPOC) for customers and provide technical guidance.
• Actively involve in customer proposals and support business development activities.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide them on IBM OpenPages technology.
