IT Support Specialist L2 (Windows Server & Microsoft 365)

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server systems and Microsoft 365 platform.
• Experience administering Azure Active Directory / Entra ID.
• Intune administration at MAM/MDM level.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 administration.
• Experience providing L2 support.
• Independence and good work organization.
• Communication skills.
• Willingness to work one additionally paid evening-night shift per week.
• Driving license category B.

Nice to have:

• Basics of LAN/WAN networks.
• Experience configuring and administering Ubiquiti devices.
• Basic PowerShell skills.

1. User Support (L2):

• Resolving more complex tickets escalated from first-line support (L1).
• Diagnosing issues with systems, applications, hardware, network, and services.
• Providing ongoing support to users locally and remotely.

2. Microsoft 365 / Azure / Intune Administration:

• Managing users, groups, and access (Entra ID / Azure AD).
• Configuring and administering Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams.
• Managing endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune (Windows, basic macOS/Android).
• Implementing security policies, MFA, Conditional Access (nice to have).
• Monitoring cloud services and responding to incidents.

3. Windows Server Administration:

• Managing Windows Server systems (GPO, roles, service monitoring).
• Installing, configuring, and managing servers and disk arrays.
• Performing backup/restore in Windows Server and SQL environments.

4. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administration:

• Managing users and roles.
• Basic system settings configuration.
• Collaborating with business teams and vendors to resolve functional issues.

5. Networks:

• Knowledge of basic LAN/WAN and router/switch configuration.
• Performing simple changes (VLAN, DHCP, firewall rules).
• Familiarity with Ubiquiti devices and their configuration (nice to have).
• Collaborating with network service providers.
• Diagnosing network links.

6. Other Responsibilities:

• Handling tickets in Jira Service Management.
• Creating technical documentation and user instructions.
• Supporting IT projects (upgrades, implementations, migrations).
• Managing IT assets (hardware, accounts, licenses).
• Analyzing logs and infrastructure monitoring reports.
