ML and Automation Manager

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Machine Learning, advanced analytics, or process automation.
• Experience deploying ML/AI solutions in at least one public cloud.
• Knowledge of ML frameworks, analytical tools, and MLOps practices.
• Understanding of Responsible AI principles, data ethics, and governance.
• Experience working in agile projects and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in managing or mentoring technical teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Higher education, preferably technical.

Nice to have:

• Certifications or postgraduate studies in AI/ML.
• Experience designing AI or Agentic AI architectures.
• Experience in presales activities, building accelerators, or architectural patterns.

• Leading ML and automation projects from concept to production deployment.
• Collaborating with clients to identify areas for transformation using AI, ML, and automation.
• Designing and implementing ML models and solutions in cloud environments.
• Applying MLOps practices, governance, and Responsible AI principles.
• Communicating recommendations to business and technical stakeholders.
• Managing, mentoring, and developing ML and automation teams.
• Supporting Data & AI strategy, presales, and building reusable assets.
