Senior Full Stack Developer

XTB is a global company from the financial industry, focusing on online trading of financial instruments. It is the largest FinTech in Poland and a leader in Central and Eastern Europe, operating in several countries including Asia and South America. The Customer Care team supports post-onboarding processes for new and existing clients by designing and developing an ecosystem of AI-based solutions, internal microservices, integrations with external tools, and internal AML and anti-fraud systems.

• Strong experience in building Java-based microservices with understanding of scalability and performance challenges.
• Commercial experience with Angular framework and solid knowledge of RxJS, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS.
• Ability to translate business analysis into technical solutions while ensuring compliance with requirements and deadlines.
• Ownership and proactivity in task responsibility, risk identification, and solution proposal.
• Commitment to code quality, clean and testable code, and alignment with best practices and system architecture.
• Active contribution to project development, continuous improvement, and team collaboration.
• Experience in effective communication and collaboration within an experienced team.

Nice to have:

• Experience integrating frontend and backend using gRPC.
• Experience with micro-frontend architecture and working in a monorepo (e.g. NX).
• Experience with asynchronous messaging (Kafka, Pulsar, RabbitMQ) and databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Experience working with Kubernetes / Rancher.
• Experience working with design systems and reading Figma mockups.
• Practical knowledge of accessibility topics (a11y/WCAG).
• Ability to design and maintain E2E tests (e.g. Playwright or Cypress).

• Working in a Scrum environment with a strong focus on effective team collaboration.
• Developing multiple products with a wide range of functionalities.
• Building high-performance systems processing massive volumes of data with minimal latency.
• Ensuring high availability and scalability to support global user investments.
